PMHS – Pediatric Primary Care Mental Health Specialist

About the Certification

About the PMHS Exam

The Pediatric Primary Care Mental Health Specialist (PMHS) credential is a "specialty" certification, meaning it builds upon your existing NP or CNS role. It is designed for practitioners who have significant experience in pediatric developmental, behavioral, and mental health (DBHM (pediatric developmental/behavioral/mental health)) and want to demonstrate their proficiency in treating common concerns like ADHD, depression, and autism spectrum disorders in a non-acute setting.
